It houses our digital library of intellectual property, including curricula, scripts, templates, and narrative assets. Citizens can explore the Library, visit the Tea Room for community discussions, access the Stacks for protected study materials, and submit ideas that may advance to the Boardroom for review by the real‑world Board of Directors of Holter Intellectual Property, Inc. The Tower is the heart of our world-building ecosystem and the gateway to Coffy Town’s evolving creative universe.
The Tea Room ~ Learn about our Electric Church community service activities, available curricula, and edutainment initiatives. This is the gathering space for Coffy People Artists, Producers, and Businesspeople inside the HIP IP Tower. Here, Citizens meet to discuss project development, curricula, and community initiatives. Ideas that gain support in the Tea Room are formally voted in and may advance to the Boardroom for review by the real‑world Board of Directors of Holter Intellectual Property, Inc. All Citizens are welcome to contribute to our Electric Church of Creative Minds.
