We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from coffypop.com. If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
 

Event Ticket Exchanges and Rain Checks:
 

All event ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend an event or if an event is postponed, you will receive a rain check to attend a future event. To be eligible for a rain check, you must notify us at least 24 hours before showtime.
 

Ticket holders must contact the Coffy Box Office at info@coffypop.com or by phone at 219-200-2089 to arrange for a rain check.
