  1. All Sales Are Final
    All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets under any circumstances, except in the event of a cancellation by the organizer.

  2. Customized Dropship and Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
    All sales of customized dropship and print-on-demand (POD) products are final. These items are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@coffypop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

  3. Signed Books with Personalized Autographs and Inscriptions
    Books that have been signed, especially those with personalized autographs or inscriptions, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items are unique and made specifically for the recipient. If your signed book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@coffypop.com within 7 days of delivery.

  4. Donations
    All donations made through our platform are non-refundable.

  5. Event Admission
    A valid ticket is required for entry to all live events. Please retain your ticket confirmation for admission.

  6. Release of Liability
    By purchasing a ticket and/or attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  7. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

  8. You release the event organizers, venue, performers, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, including illness or exposure to communicable diseases, that may occur as a result of your attendance.

  9. You consent to the use of your image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph, or other transmission or reproduction of the event for any purpose.

  10. Changes and Cancellations
    The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue. In the rare event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified with instructions regarding refunds or rescheduling.

  11. Code of Conduct
    All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or inappropriate.
